Moongypsy Press is accepting submissions in the following genres:

Comedy/Humor/Satire/Parody

PLEASE BE ADVISED

We do not accept stories centered around serious illness, gay, bi, lesbian, highly explicit/graphic sex, BDSM, GBLT, ménage or anal intercourse. NO sex with minors.

Submissions We Love

♦  Please avoid the use of clichés and overworn phrases.
♦  Please avoid head-hopping from one character's POV to another's too often within scenes
♦  Please avoid using dialogue that explains information the characters already know, but that the author wants the reader to know
♦  Please layer backstory info throughout the story rather than dumping it into dialogue.
♦  Please use dialogue that fits the age and experience of the characters.
♦  Please have your manuscript proofread for grammar errors, punctuation, inconsistencies in characters and character descriptions, and such mistakes as:
- Confusing they're with their, you're with your, and it's with its.
- Putting a period after dialogue instead of a comma.
For example: "Let's go." He said. should be written "Let's go," he said.
